Flights and stay accommodations (such as hotels) are to be made by the reserver and finalized 30 days to 2 weeks before the event. (American Airlines is preferred)

However based upon the size of the event, the church, small ministry group (10 to 20) or ability of the reserver, the accommodations are negotiable. As it’s the heart of this ministry to train, equip and empower above all.

Staying at a hotel is “preferred” as it allows personal space, rest and times uninterrupted intimacy with God concerning the event. However staying with a host is good and negotiable as it may cut cost for the reserver or ministry.

This ministry asks a base financial gift of $1000.00 USD for an event as that will allow this ministry to continue and to extend its reach in revealing Christ to and through others here at home and abroad. Your gift goes to helping this ministry cut the cost of equipping smaller ministries that are not able to cover the cost of accommodations, as well as ministry needs to support the saints. We ask that the finalization and giving of any base financial gift happens one week before event.
Based upon individual conditions and circumstances these things can be negotiated.
